Schedule a Mass E-Mail in your Member Manager
The Enterprise Video Delivery Solution is capable of
delivering messages to your system users. This allows you to communicate with
your video system users easily without leaving your solution, and that ease has
just gotten greater! You can now schedule a message to be sent at a future time
and date. An ideal tool for announcing video subscriptions that rotate on a
schedule and announcing new content.
To Schedule a Mass E-Mail
If you see the Send E-Mail link in your Enterprise manager
you can use this new scheduling tool.
- Log into your Bizideo Video Delivery Solution Administrative Account
- Go to Member Manager
- Click “Send E-Mail”
- After you set up your message click use the tools at the bottom to either schedule your message to send at a future date and time or click to send it now.
