We just wanted to remind you that Bizideo does offer virtual training, which includes good ol’ Q&A. If you don’t feel you need training but just have questions about abilities or possible virtual training can cover that as well.

Here are 5 commonly unknown facts about Virtual Training at Bizideo:

  1. We love virtual training because we can share a screen and talk to you in live time, helping us help you even better!

  2. Unless you abuse the support system virtual training won’t cost you a dime. Part of your initial account cost is to cover training.

  3. We normally use GoToMeeting, but can also use Skype if that works better for you.

  4. Your questions aren’t stupid. If you are asking it that means there was reason for you to ask and there is room for us to improve.

  5. We often request a virtual training session when we can’t replicate bugs reported by users. Normally we find a security or add-on conflict that is unique to how you have your system set up. You agreeing to do a virtual meeting with us is a win – win, as we are able to help you and you are able to help us understand how something went wrong.


Normally virtual training is brief, and follows more of an introduction with time to do Q&A. We don’t use just a cookie cutter formula to deliver you training; we listen and gauge your skill and experience with the system. So advanced users won’t have to listen to us explain how to log in.
