Easy Support Request Checklist - 5 Items

Contacting technical support can be frustrating for everyone involved. To help we’ve got a short checklist to help you with any technical support request, not only will it help support better understand the issue but it should help you get results faster.

    1. This is normally the most helpful thing you can do.
  2. What Operating System are you using? - Help link
  3. What Browser were you using? - Help link
  4. Any Error Messages you get.
  5. What you were doing when the issue happened?


Remember support staff are people too, their goal is to help you resolve your issue as quickly as they can.
These may seem simple and really they are but they can help whoever is helping you better understand the basics of what is going on. The above are simple and pretty universal to technical issues by adapting your support request habits you can prevent a lot of frustration.
